Hi all; this is the new SRC blog, set up after the last one became unavailable. I'll be posting updates on the 2011 SRC here from now through the summer.
For starters, here is this year's poster, illustrated by 2011 SRC Artist Rose Cowles, and designed by Roger Handling. Isn't it gorgeous?

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! After being an SRC leader for 6 wonderful university summers, I am now the Program Coordinator for my library, gearing up to pass the SRC torch on to new blood. Seeing this is making me jealous! I can't wait for this summer to get started.
ReplyDeleteIt's my first year running our library's SRC as well and I'm looking forward to it. Love the posters and artwork (the artist's book, Gilbert de la Frogponde is a great choice for library storytime) and hope to see more great stuff on the blog!
